Q. Can I return my online order in store?

Refunds for online orders cannot be processed in stores. You have 30 days to exchange your online order at a UNIQLO EU store (within the same country of purchase). This excludes our UNIQLO Poland stores which will not accept any returns or exchanges from our online store.

After exchanging, you will no longer be able to receive a refund.All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.
