Q. What happens if I am unable to collect my Click & Collect order?
If your order is delivered to a store before 26th February then the collection period is 7 days. The new 14 day collection period only applies to orders which are delivered to stores from 26th February.
If you're unable to collect your order yourself, you can ask someone to collect it on your behalf. However, please note that they will need to provide a copy of your delivery confirmation email. This will need to be presented to our store advisor when collecting the order.
If you're unable to collect your order within 14 calendar days of it arriving in store, you will receive your refund within 3-5 working days after the 14 days have elapsed. Please note, we are unable to extend your Click &Collect collection time period.
