Q. What is your store returns policy?




Note
Items purchased between 10th November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned until 31st January 2026.
 
Please keep your original receipt, as it must be presented for any return. 

UNIQLO offers refunds or exchanges (exchanges are not available in our Poland stores) using the original payment method, provided that the item(s) are unwashed, unused, and in original condition, with all packaging, tags, labels and/or accessories (e.g. inner layers or spare buttons) intact and undamaged, within 30 days at any UNIQLO store which is within the same country of original purchase. In-store purchases cannot be returned by post. 

For purchases made with a gift card, please keep both your original gift card and sales receipt for us to process any refund.

If you obtained a gift receipt, returns can be processed for exchange only. Refunds require the original sales receipt.

Item(s) that cannot be returned: 
1) Innerwear/underwear/socks due to hygiene reasons 
2) Personalised item(s) (e.g. altered items, UTme, or RE.UNIQLO items) 
3) Gift cards

Your statutory rights are not affected.
