Where can I purchase a Luxembourg physical gift card? 

Physical gift cards for redemption in Luxembourg can only be purchased in our store in Luxembourg and cannot be purchased online. 


Where can I redeem my Luxembourg physical gift card? 

Physical gift cards bought in our Luxembourg store can only be redeemed in our Luxembourg store and are not valid for online purchases. 


Does my Luxembourg physical gift card have an expiry date? 

Your gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of last activation or purchase. Once expired, the gift cards can no longer be used for purchase or reactivated. Any unused balance will not be refunded. 

Any gift card with its balance standing at zero for three months shall be invalidated.
