Faulty Products
We are sorry that we currently do not offer postal exchanges online. You can exchange your purchase at any UNIQLO store within the country of purchase. If there is no UNIQLO store in your country, the in-store exchange service is not available. This excludes our UNIQLO Poland stores which do not offer exchanges.
Please review the [Return & Exchange Conditions] before proceeding with each procedures.
- Visit any UNIQLO physical store in the same country where your order was delivered. If your country has no UNIQLO stores, this service is not available. UNIQLO Poland stores do not offer exchange services.
- Bring along: original invoice or purchase receipt, and the product(s) in original packaging with price tags and labels.
- Queue at the cashier counter and request for a product exchange.
- If your country has no UNIQLO stores, exchanges are not available. UNIQLO Poland stores do not offer exchange services.
Important Notes
- You can exchange for any product of the same or higher price value. For higher-value items, you will need to top up the price difference.
- For exchange into a lower-value product, please consider a return and refund instead. [Click here for How to Return Online Orders]
- After exchanging, you will no longer be able to receive a refund.

Q. What is the return & exchange validity period?
A. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase in-store.

Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges for online orders at the store?
A. Items purchases online must be returned via mail. Please check here how to return your online order. However, you can exchange the size or the colour of your online order within 30 days from the date you received your online order. Exchange is subject to the availability of colours and sizes at the physical store. If the desired colour or size is not available, stock transfer between online and physical stores will not be arranged. As per our Return & Exchange Policy, the UNIQLO receipt (invoice), price tag, and item labels must be presented in original condition for all exchanges. Once your online purchase has been exchanged, you will no longer be able to receive a refund.

Q. Can I exchange online-exclusive products (extra sizes, collaborations, etc.) at the store?
A. Exchange is subject to the availability of colours and sizes at the physical store.
If the desired colour or size is not available, stock transfer between online and physical stores will not be arranged.
Please consider returning the item for a refund and placing a new online order. -
Q. Which items are not allowed for return or exchange?
A. Innerwear, underwear, and socks cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene policy.

A. No, we do not accept return or exchange for items that have been altered (shortened/hemmed).

A. No, we do not accept return or exchange for items that have been personalised (UTme, Re.UNIQLO).
