Frequently asked questions about our Poland physical gift cards:

Where can I buy a Poland physical gift card? 

Physical gift cards for redemption in Poland can only be purchased in a store in Poland and cannot be purchased online. 


Where can I use my Poland physical gift card? 

Physical gift cards bought in our Poland store can only be redeemed in our Poland store and are not valid for online purchases. 


Does my Poland physical gift card have an expiry date? 

Your gift card is valid for 5 years from the date of last activation or purchase. Once expired, the gift cards can no longer be used for purchase or reactivated. Any unused balance will not be refunded. 
 
Any gift card with its balance standing at zero for three months shall be invalidated.
