The UNIQLO LifeWear Tote bag Giveaway starts on September 26th at the opening hours of the stores listed below, 2025, and runs until September 27th, 2025 at the closing hours of the stores below (the “Promotion”).

Only participants meeting the criteria set out in the terms and conditions are eligible to receive a free gift with purchase under this Promotion.


Terms & Conditions


These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Promoter: UNIQLO EUROPE LTD, acting through its branch in Luxembourg registered under number B275848, whose registered office is located at 22, Grand Rue 1660 Luxembourg.


How to Enter:


1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to residents in Luxembourg aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.

2. Participation: To enter the Promotion (free gift), participants must download the UNIQLO APP, and scan UNIQLO APP on checkout while making a 80 euro purchase or more in the UNIQLO Grand-Rue store (the “Store”): 22 Grand-Rue, 1660 Ville-Haute Luxembourg, Luxemburg and show the printed receipt or the e-receipt on the UNIQLO application, to staff member at dedicated counter. The purchase must be completed within the Participation Period, as defined below.

3. Participation Period: Starts on September 26th, 2025, and runs until September 27th, 2025, or until all stock is exhausted, whichever is earlier. Free gifts with purchase will be distributed on a first come first served basis in the Store. The Promoter reserves the right to shorten or extend the Participation Period.  Notice of any changes, interruptions or extensions will be posted on the Promoter’s website.

4. Free Gift: One piece of UNIQLO Mesh Tote bag, value TTC: €19.90 (the “Gift”) is available as a gift with purchase per customer. Color or size cannot be chosen and is not guaranteed.

5.The Gift will be only distributed in Uniqlo Grand-Rue/the Store.

6. Free Gifts with purchase received in the Promotion are non-transferable and cannot be resold, returned, or exchanged for cash.

7. The Promoter is not responsible for participants’ transport to and from a participating store.


Our Right to Use Information About You


8. Any personal information provided by participants, if any, will be collected, stored, and processed by or on behalf of the Promoter strictly under applicable data protection laws.

9. Participant’s personal details may be used for the marketing purposes of the Promoter or its agent only if a participant has opted in to receiving future marketing mailings from the Promoter or for any other purpose agreed by a participant. If a participant would like to stop receiving messages from the Promoter, he/she can use the unsubscribe button provided in an email from the Promoter.

In accordance with the amended law of January 6, 1978, and EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, all Participants have the right, upon simple request, to access, rectify, object to the processing of their data, or limit processing in certain circumstances, and to delete information concerning them. All Participants also have the right to data portability.

10. Other than its agencies and third-party suppliers who are contracted to administer the Promotion, the Promoter will not pass participant’s details on to any third party unless otherwise required to do so by law.

General


12. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the giving of the gift, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

13. The Promoter and its agents reserve the right at its sole discretion not to consider, and to exclude or disqualify any participation that they deem to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of or inappropriate with these terms and conditions.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all participation including but not limited to asking for address and identity details and to refuse to give a gift with purchase or withdraw gift with purchase entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion participation requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.

16. The Promotion and the terms and conditions will be governed by the law of the customer’s country of residence and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the customer’s place of residence.
