The UNIQLO App giveaway for the UNIQLO Summer Season 2026 Arigato Festival is open to residents in specific EU Member States listed below:
Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, aged 18 or over only who have downloaded the UNIQLO App and participated in this giveaway between 28th May – 3rd June (further detail below).
This is a combined Operation for all the countries mentioned above, where participants can get a prize from the UNIQLO App giveaway for the Arigato Festival.
Only entrants meeting the criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate in this Operation.
Full Terms and Conditions – Customer Participation
To participate in the Operation, all participants are obliged to actively accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all entry instructions that form part of these Terms and Conditions in the participation form provided. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or operational materials.

Participant: Uniqlo customers participating in this Operation who meet the following eligibility requirements.

- Eligibility: The Operation is open to the residents in specific EU Member States listed below:
Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czeh Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Operator and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this Operation.
- Entry Instructions: Participants will be entered into the giveaway by completing a form via the UNIQLO App between 28.05.2026 and 03.06.2026 and completing the steps below:
To enter a coupon giveaway Operation, Participants must:
a. Download the UNIQLO App
b. Create a UNQLO account or be logged into their UNIQLO account
c. Complete the form provided in the UNIQLO App while being logged in (you can find the form banner inside the App on the notification page).
To complete the form, participants are required to submit responses to all questions that request their personal opinions.
Participation is limited to one (1) entry per person.
Excluded from participation are:
- entries from agents or third parties,
- syndicated entries,
- those made using methods such as computer macro, script or the use of automated devices, and
- duplicate or bulk entries.
Such excluded entries will be deleted, and the participant will be disqualified without notice at the Operator’s discretion.
All entries must be made directly by the person participating in the Operation. Participants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Operator’s discretion.
- Participation Period: The Operation is available between 28.05.2026 and 03.06.2026
Prize Information:
All participants will receive a €5 discount coupon which is valid for a period of one (1) month from the date it is issued and can be used in Uniqlo Online Store.
- No exchange: Please note that no prize can be exchanged into a cash alternative.
- Prize Delivery: The prize will be issued directly within the UNIQLO App. Participants may access their prize in the Coupon Section located on the App Membership page.
Our Right to Use Information About You
- Any personal information provided by participants in the course of an online purchase, downloading the UNIQLO App or participating in this Operation will be collected, stored, and processed by the Operator in strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this Operation and for no other purposes unless otherwise provided by law or unless you have opted in to receive future marketing mailings from the Operator. If you opt in and start receiving marketing emails from the Operator, but would then like to stop receiving them, use the unsubscribe button provided in an email from the Operator.
- Other than its agencies and third-party suppliers who are contracted to administer the Operation, the Operator will not pass participants’ details on to any third party.

The processing of personal data is based on the performance of the contract embodied by these Terms and Conditions.
The personal data collected in connection with the Operation are necessary for the performance of the Operation and these Terms and Conditions. The personal data collected as part of the Operation include, in particular:
- App membership ID and
- the email address associated with that App Membership ID
These personal data will be used exclusively by the Organizer for the purpose of handling the participation of the data subjects in the Operation (namely, identifying and contacting the participants). No personal data will be used by the Organizer for marketing purposes, unless express and prior authorization has been obtained.
The personal data of Participants are retained for the entire duration of the Operation and are then deleted after the final draw.
The data of the Operation are retained for the period necessary for the awarding, shipping, and tracking of the Prizes, and then archived for the applicable statutory limitation period for evidentiary purposes.
Personal data are disclosed only to authorized persons within the Organizer and, where applicable, to logistics partners exclusively responsible for the delivery of the Prizes, strictly within the scope of their duties.

- The Operator and its agents reserve the right not to consider, and to exclude any entry they deem in their sole, subjective determination to be inappropriate and/or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
- No responsibility will be taken by the Operator for entries or claims which, for technical or other reasons, are not entered correctly or are lost. Incomplete entries will not qualify for the Operation.
- There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control. The Operator reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Operator the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
- The winner’s information will be used and shared for the purpose of providing the prizes only and announcing the winner as in the Terms and Conditions.
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Operator, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Operation or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Operator reserves the right to cancel or amend the operation or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. For the avoidance of doubt, the Operator will not be responsible for any unforeseen cancellations of flights or other arrangements.
- Participants in the Operation agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Operator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Operation, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Operator to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
- Trademarks, logos and names of the products and retailers are the property of their respective owner.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or personal injury caused as a result of the Operator’s negligence, neither the Operator nor its agencies or third party suppliers accept any liability for claims, losses, demands, damages, corrupted or misdirected entries, any late or misdirected delivery of communications (by email or otherwise), faulty or failed electronic data transmissions or injuries that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Operation.
- The Operation and the Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of the customer’s country of residence and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Operation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the customer’s place of residence.
