Q. Where can I find my Guest ID?

Once you place your order, you will receive several emails. Please note that your guest ID is in the email with the subject line: ‘Your Guest ID’. Be sure to check your spam folders. Once you have identified your email, you will find your Guest ID in the fifth row, as shown in the example image below.

If it has been 24 hours since you placed your order and you have not received this email, please get in touch with us.

Important: Orders placed using guest checkout are not linked to an account and will not appear in a newly created one.
