Krótki regulamin

W wydarzeniu promocyjnym UNIQLO organizowanym w ramach promocji kolekcji UNIQLO „Linen" / „Airism" podczas imprezy „Breakfast Market" w Warszawie (zwanej dalej „Imprezą UNIQLO Linen/Airism"), mieszkańcy Polski, którzy ukończyli 18 lat i którzy wezmą udział w tej imprezie w dniach 23 maja 2026 r. i 24 maja 2026 r.; 30 maja 2026 r. i 31 maja 2026 r.; 6 czerwca 2026 r. i 7 czerwca 2026 r.; oraz 13 czerwca 2026 r. i 14 czerwca 2026 r. (szczegóły poniżej).
W wydarzeniu tym mogą brać udział wyłącznie osoby spełniające kryteria określone w Regulaminie.

Pełny regulamin

Aby wziąć udział w wydarzeniu, wszyscy uczestnicy są zobowiązani do wyrażenia zgody na przestrzeganie niniejszego regulaminu oraz wszystkich instrukcji dotyczących zgłoszenia, które stanowią jego część. W przypadku jakichkolwiek sprzeczności lub rozbieżności z innymi komunikatami, w tym materiałami reklamowymi lub promocyjnymi, pierwszeństwo ma niniejszy regulamin.

Uczestnik: Konsumenci biorący udział w niniejszej akcji, którzy spełniają poniższe warunki uczestnictwa.
 

1. Kwalifikowalność: W wydarzeniu mogą brać udział osoby, które ukończyły 18 lat, z wyjątkiem pracowników Organizatora.

2. Instrukcje dotyczące zgłoszenia: Zadaniem uczestników Wydarzenia jest wykonanie poniższych kroków w okresie trwania Wydarzenia:

1. Zapisanie się do newsletter UNIQLO i pokazanie potwierdzenia zapisu obsłudze Wydarzenia.
2. Bezbłędne rozwiązanie quizu UNIQLO
3. Każdy Uczestnik, który wykona krok 1 oraz 2, będzie mógł wybrać mochi, dostępne na Wydarzeniu.

 

3. Okres trwania: Wydarzenie jest dostępna w dniach 23.05.2026 r. i 24.05.2026 r.; 30.05.2026 r. i 31.05.2026 r.; 06.06.2026 r. i 07.06.2026 r. oraz 13.06.2026 r. i 14.06.2026 r.

Warunki dotyczące nagród

4. Nagroda: Po wypełnieniu quizu i wyświetleniu formularza zapisu do newslettera uczestnicy otrzymają jeden (1) z trzech (3) mochi:

1. Czerwone mochi – kupon uprawniający uczestnika do bezpłatnych UNIQLO Women's Linen blend easy shorts lub Men's UNIQLO linen blend easy shorts.
2. Niebieskie mochi – kupon uprawniający uczestnika do jednej UNIQLO Women's AIRism sleeveless top lub Airism seamless boxer briefs
3. Białe mochi nie uprawnia posiadacza do otrzymania kuponu.

  • UNIQLO Wars Sawa Junior w centrum handlowym Wars Sawa, adres: Marszałkowska 104/122, 00-901 Warszawa
• i odebrania produktu, do którego uprawnia kupon, przy kasie w sklepie.

5. Dostarczenie nagrody: Voucher uprawniający do odbioru produktu zostanie przyznany bezpośrednio w formie papierowej.

6. Okres odbioru nagrody: Produkty Linen blend easy shorts mogą zostać odebrane jedynie w sklepie UNIQLO Wars Sawa Junior w centrum handlowym Wars Sawa, adres: Marszałkowska 104/122, 00-901 Warszawa. Odbiór jest możliwy tylko do 18.07.2026 r.

 

7. Brak możliwości wymiany: Należy pamiętać, że żadnej nagrody nie można wymienić na ekwiwalent pieniężny.

Nasze prawo do wykorzystywania informacji o Tobie

8. Twoje dane osobowe będą wykorzystywane wyłącznie do celów związanych z organizacją niniejszego Wydarzenia, chyba że przepisy prawa stanowią inaczej lub wyraźnie wyraziłeś zgodę na otrzymywanie w przyszłości wiadomości marketingowych od Organizatora.

 

9. Poza agencjami i zewnętrznymi dostawcami, którzy zostali zatrudnieni do obsługi Wydarzenia, Organizator nie przekaże danych uczestników żadnej stronie trzeciej.

11. Przetwarzanie danych osobowych opiera się na realizacji umowy zawartej w niniejszym Regulaminie oraz na Twojej zgodzie.

Ogólne

12. Organizator i jego przedstawiciele zastrzegają sobie prawo do nieuwzględnienia oraz wykluczenia każdego zgłoszenia, które według ich wyłącznej, subiektywnej oceny uznają za nieodpowiednie i/lub niezgodne z niniejszym Regulaminem.

13. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za zgłoszenia lub roszczenia, które z przyczyn technicznych lub innych nie zostały prawidłowo złożone lub zostały utracone. Niekompletne zgłoszenia nie kwalifikują się do udziału w Wydarzeniu.

14. Nie ma możliwości wymiany nagrody na gotówkę ani inne nagrody, w całości lub w części, z wyjątkiem okoliczności niezależnych od Organizatora. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zastąpienia nagrody podobną nagrodą o takiej samej lub większej wartości. O ile Organizator nie uzgodnił inaczej na piśmie, nagroda zostanie przyznana wyłącznie bezpośrednio zwycięzcy.

15. W przypadku wystąpienia okoliczności pozostających poza uzasadnioną kontrolą Organizatora lub w innych sytuacjach, w których oszustwo, nadużycie i/lub błąd (ludzki lub komputerowy) wpływa lub może wpłynąć na prawidłowy przebieg niniejszego Wydarzenia lub przyznanie nagród, oraz wyłącznie w sytuacjach, w których jest to nieuniknione, Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do odwołania lub zmiany niniejszego Wydarzenia lub niniejszych Warunków na dowolnym etapie, jednak zawsze dołoży starań, aby zminimalizować skutki dla uczestników w celu uniknięcia niepotrzebnego rozczarowania.

16. Uczestnicy Wydarzenia zgadzają się przestrzegać niniejszych Warunków. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo, według własnego uznania, do dyskwalifikacji każdego uczestnika, który nadużywa lub ingeruje w przebieg Wydarzenia, lub działa w sposób uznany przez Organizatora za naruszający Warunki.

17. Znaki towarowe, logo oraz nazwy produktów i sprzedawców detalicznych są własnością ich odpowiednich właścicieli.

18. W najszerszym zakresie dozwolonym przez prawo i z wyłączeniem śmierci lub obrażeń ciała spowodowanych w wyniku zaniedbania Organizatora, ani Organizator, ani jego agencje, ani zewnętrzni dostawcy nie ponoszą żadnej odpowiedzialności za roszczenia, straty, żądania, szkody, uszkodzone lub błędnie skierowane zgłoszenia, opóźnienia lub błędne dostarczenie wiadomości (e-mailem lub w inny sposób), wadliwą lub nieudaną transmisję danych elektronicznych ani obrażeń wynikających z nagrody i/lub w jakikolwiek sposób z nią związanych, odbioru, użytkowania i/lub korzystania z nagrody i/lub Wydarzenia.

19. Wydarzenie oraz Warunki podlegają prawu kraju zamieszkania Konsumenta, a wszelkie spory wynikające z lub związane z Wydarzeniem podlegają jurysdykcji sądów miejsca zamie

UNIQLO LEN / AIRISM EVENT

Short Terms

Consumers who are at least 18 years old may participate in the UNIQLO promotional event held as part of the promotion of the UNIQLO “Linen” / “Airism” at the “Breakfast Market” event in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “UNIQLO Linen/Airism Event”), residents of Poland who are at least 18 years of age and who participate in this event on May 23, 2026, and May 24, 2026; May 30, 2026, and May 31, 2026; June 6, 2026, and June 7, 2026; and June 13, 2026, and June 14, 2026 (details below).
Only entrants meeting the criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate in this Event.

Full Terms & Conditions

To participate in the Event, all participants are obliged to actively accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all entry instructions that form part of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Participant: Consumers participating in this Event who meet the following eligibility requirements.
 

1. Eligibility: The Event is open to consumers aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Organiser.

2. Entry Instructions: Participants in the Event must complete the following steps during the Event period:

1. Sign up for the UNIQLO newsletter and show the sign-up confirmation to Event staff.
2. Correctly answer the UNIQLO quiz
3. Any Participant who completes steps 1 and 2 will be able to choose a mochi available at the Event.

1. entries from agents or third parties,
2. syndicated entries,
3. those made using methods such as computer macro, script or the use of automated devices, and
4. duplicate or bulk entries.

 

3. Participation Period: The Event is available on the dates: 23.05.2026 and 24.05.2026; 30.05.2026 and 31.05.2026; 06.06.2026 and 07.06.2026 and 13.06.2026 and 14.06.2026

Prize Terms & Conditions

4. Prize: After completion of the quiz and showing the Newsletter sign up, participants will get one (1) out of three (3) mochis:

1. Red mochi – voucher entitling the participant to a free UNIQLO Women's linen blend easy shorts or Men’s Linen blend easy shorts
2. Blue mochi – a voucher entitling the participant to one UNIQLO Women's AIRism sleeveless top or AIRism seamless boxer briefs
3. White mochi does not entitle the holder to a voucher.

       The voucher entitles the participant to

  • UNIQLO Wars Sawa Junior, in the Wars Sawa Mall, address: Marszałkowska 104/122, 00-901 Warszawa
• Get the item the voucher entitles to at the Cash till in the Store.

5. Prize Delivery: A voucher entitling the recipient to claim the product will be issued directly in paper form.

6. Claim period: Linen Blend Easy Shorts can only be picked up at the UNIQLO Arkadia store, in the Arkadia Mall, address: al. Jana Pawła II 82, 00-175 Warszawa. Pick up is only possible until 30.06 2026.

 

7. No exchange: Please note that no prize can be exchanged into a cash alternative.

Our Right to Use Information About You

8. Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this Event other purposes unless otherwise provided by law or unless you have opted in to receive future marketing mailings from the Organiser.

 

9. Other than agencies and third-party suppliers who are contracted to administer the Event, the Organiser will not pass participants’ details on to any third party.

11. The processing of personal data is based on the performance of the contract embodied by these Terms and Conditions and your Consent.

General

12. The Organiser and its agents reserve the right not to consider, and to exclude any entry they deem in their sole, subjective determination to be inappropriate and/or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

13. No responsibility will be taken by the Organiser for entries or claims which, for technical or other reasons, are not entered correctly or are lost. Incomplete entries will not qualify for the Event.

14. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organiser, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

15. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organiser, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Event or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the Event or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

16. Participants in the Event agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Event, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Event, to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

17. Trademarks, logos and names of the products and retailers are the property of their respective owner.

18. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or personal injury caused as a result of the Organiser’s negligence, neither the Organiser nor its agencies or third party suppliers accept any liability for claims, losses, demands, damages, corrupted or misdirected entries, any late or misdirected delivery of communications (by email or otherwise), faulty or failed electronic data transmissions or injuries that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Event.

19. The Event and the Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of the Consumer’s country of residence and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Event will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Consumer's place of residence.
