Q. Can I return my online order in store?

Please note: Online orders cannot be refunded in-store.

However, you may exchange items at any UNIQLO EU store (within the same country of purchase). within 30 days of the delivery date. This excludes our UNIQLO Poland stores which will not accept any returns or exchanges from our online store.

Once an item has been exchanged in-store, it is no longer eligible for a refund (in-store or online).
