To process your return, you need to access your account, where you will need to log in with your registered email address and password.  

If you placed your order using the guest checkout option, you will be able to log in to your guest account by entering the guest ID provided in your confirmation email.  

Please visit your "Purchase History" within your UNIQLO account or guest account. Here you can find the order, and the specific items, that you would like to return.  

Please select “Our defect: damaged/ defective product” as the reason for return and state “Due to stopper defect” in the details.
