Q. Can I return my order which contains Princesse Tam Tam and/or Comptoirs des Cotonniers items?




Please note that the return of Princesse tam tam and Comptoir des Cotonniers items shall follow the UNIQLO's returns policy here: with the exclusion of the exchanges for those items.

Unfortunately, Returns or Exchanges can NOT be made in any UNIQLO stores due to the collection being an online exclusive. Should you wish to return and receive a refund for your online order, you can do so by using our Returns Portal.

All returned items must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed and is in resalable condition. Additionally item(s) should be returned in their original undamaged packaging and bear their original labels. Products that are returned, in particular incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled, will not be processed.

You will have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to return item/s from your order (for Click & Collect, this will be from the day the items arrive at your selected store).
