Q. I have entered an incorrect address, what should I do?




Unfortunately, we are unable to amend/change your shipping address once you have placed your order. If you have given us an incorrect address, we advise you to contact the carrier associated with your order, directly, and they may be able to amend this. You can find the carrier associated with your order detailed in your shipment confirmation email.
