How can we help?

As long as all orders are within the returns period and all return notes are included in the parcel, you're able to return more than one order within the same parcel. If you return multiple orders within one parcel, you will only be charged one return fee (return fee only applicable to Belgium and Netherlands). Please only register one order in the Returns Portal and affix the one return label to the outside of the parcel.

All you have to do is include a note with the following information so that our Warehouse Team can process your return. Please provide:

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Order Number(s)
3. The product SKU code(s)
 
e.g. John Smith, A001234243, 20001232424 (located beneath the barcode of the product's label). All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.

Please note that failure to follow the above guidance may lead to a significant delay in the processing of your refund.
