We are unable to process exchanges at this time via post. When you return your parcel back to our warehouse, your item will be processed for an automatic return. Should you wish to have the item in another size or colour, a new order will have to be placed.
If you wish to exchange in store, please note that only orders paid with Credit card (not with Paypal) can be exchanged in store. Exchange can only be processed against an item of the same price or above.
