We do not offer exchanges online. Should you wish to exchange your item, the original item will need to be returned and another order will have to be placed.
Alternatively, you are able to exchange your order at your nearest UNIQLO EU store (within same country of purchase) if you paid using a Credit/Debit/Gift card or Apple/Google Pay. You may only exchange for the same value or more as we cannot offer a partial refund. Orders placed using PayPal or Klarna (including in combination with Gift Card) will have to be returned to our warehouse as they will not be accepted for exchange in stores. After exchanging, you will no longer be able to receive a refund.
Please make sure you print or download your invoice (attached to your shipment confirmation email) as this is needed to process any exchange.
