Q. Can I make an exchange?

Online Order Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges online. Should you wish to exchange your item, the original item will need to be returned and another order will have to be placed.

Alternatively, you have 30 days to exchange your online order at a UNIQLO store (within the same country of purchase). This excludes our UNIQLO POP-UP Wars Sawa Junior store in Warsaw, Poland, which will not accept any returns or exchanges from our online store. After exchanging, you will no longer be able to receive a refund.

Please make sure you print or download your invoice (attached to your shipment confirmation email) as this is needed to process any exchange.

Store Purchase Exchange
You may exchange your store purchased items in any UNIQLO store (within the same country of purchase)* if it is within the 30 day returns period. You must provide a valid receipt in order to return or an exchange in-store.

*We do not offer exchanges in our UNIQLO POP-UP Wars Sawa Junior store in Warsaw, Poland. Alternatively, you may refund your store purchased item and purchase a new item.
