Q. How do I return my UNIQLO EU order?

Need some help returning your item? No worries, see below for some simple instructions:

1. Please access the returns portal using the order number and the e-mail address used for the order.

2. Select the items you wish to return, confirm return reason and generate your label. Please note: this is NOT a prepaid return shipping label. You must use and pay a shipping company of your choice to return the item(s).

3. Print your label and attach this to your parcel. Please ensure you have removed the original address label to avoid delays.

4. Package your parcel securely and return to your nearest Post Office. Please do ensure you receive a receipt as proof of postage, which you should retain until you receive your refund.

Please note, we do not offer free returns in this region. Use a shipping company of your choice to return your item(s).

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Normally, it can take up to 15 working days from the date you posted your item/s back to us for the refunded value to reflect on the card used at the time of placing your order.


To obtain an exchange, you can go in any UNIQLO store in the exact country you placed your order in.

Please note that exchange for orders placed with Paypal cannot be processed in store.

An exchange can only be offered in store for online order against another item or selection of items of the same price or above.
