Q. How do I return my UNIQLO EU order?

Need some help returning your item? No worries, see below for some simple instructions:

1. Please access the returns portal using the order number and the e-mail address used for the order.

2. Select the items you wish to return, confirm return reason and generate your label.

3. Print your returns label and attach this to your parcel. Please ensure you have removed the original address label to avoid delays.

4. Package your parcel securely and return to your nearest Post Office. Please do ensure you receive a receipt as proof of postage, which you should retain until you receive your refund.

Please note, UNIQLO do not offer free returns in this region.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Normally, it can take up to 15 working days from the date you posted your item/s back to us for the refunded value to reflect on the card used at the time of placing your order.
