Q. Returning your order

Please complete your return here using our returns portal. Please enter the order number and the e-mail address used for the order.

Please note, we are unable to offer exchanges for orders returned via post. It can take up to 15 working days from your returning the item(s) to receiving your refund.

If you return your order to a UNIQLO EU store, you will have the option to exchange or refund the item(s). If you decide to refund the item(s), we’ll process your refund in-store to the card used to place the order only. It can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you. Please do ensure you bring your tax invoice as proof of purchase as this is needed to process your refund.

Should you have placed your order via PayPal, you can only return your order via post. Returns of this kind cannot be accepted in-store.
