Q. How do I return my order?




If your order number looks like "A12345678", you will need to use the returns portal linked below to process your online return:

If your order number looks like "12345678912345678912-3456789", please process your return by logging in to your UNIQLO Account or Guest Account Order History.

1  Log into your UNIQLO Account or Guest Account.

To access your account you will need to log in with your registered email address and password. If you placed your order using the guest checkout option, you will be able to log in to your guest account entering the guest ID provided in your confirmation email. 

Please visit your "Order History" within your UNIQLO account or guest account. Here you can find the order, and the specific items, that you would like to return.

Where can I find my Guest ID?


Please note, the return address label is not a shipping label, you will have to cover the cost of your return shipping using a carrier of your choice. The barcode found on the return address label is necessary for our warehouse to scan as received and automatically send you an email confirmation.

 UNIQLO EU will only accept returns which are made within the 30 day returns period.

All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels. Please review the UNIQLO.com Returns Policy





2  Print your returns packing slip and parcel label

Please print your generated returns packing slip and parcel address label. Include the packing slip inside and attach your parcel address label to the outside of your parcel. To avoid any delays, please remove or block any other shipment addresses on your parcel which are not the returns address.

Please note, the return address label is not a shipping label.






3  Package the return item(s)
 
Please ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition and the returned parcel does not contain any items that are not eligible to be returned. Please click here for further details.

4  Ship your return with your chosen postal carrier 

Please ensure that your parcel is processed and you receive a calling card or proof of shipping.

5  Return received and your refund is processed 
 
Once your return has been processed, your refund will be made into your original payment method. If by credit/debit card, please allow up to 3-5 working days from receipt of confirmation email. If by PayPal, allow up 24 hours for the funds to show in your account. Klarna refunds can take up to 5-7 business days.

If you used a coupon, the value of your coupon is distributed proportionately across all items in your order. When returning an item from an order where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted accordingly. Please be aware that the coupon cannot be re-issued.
