Q. What is your online returns policy?
Please review UNIQLO EU’s returns policy here: Return Policy
What is the online returns policy?
You will have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to return or exchange item/s from your order (for Click & Collect, this will be from the day the items arrive at your selected store). Exchanges can be made in any UNIQLO EU store (within the same country of purchase) but returns of items purchased online will not be accepted in store. This excludes our UNIQLO POP-UP Wars Sawa Junior store in Warsaw, Poland, which will not accept any returns or exchanges from our online store. Orders placed with PayPal cannot be refunded or exchanged in any UNIQLO stores and will have to follow our online returns procedure. Should you wish to return and receive a refund for your online order, you can do so by using our Returns Portal.
Due to hygiene reasons inner/underwear/swimwear or face-masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.
What will be the cost of my return?
The returns fee is a fixed fee of 2.95 € per order when returning from Belgium and Netherlands (This only applies when the return postage label, that we supply for these countries, has been used). Returns from all other countries in this region are free but you will need cover the cost of your return postage and ensure to obtain traceable proof of return.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds can take up to 14 working days from the date on which we receive the returned products.
