Q. Can I return my online order in store?

Refunds for online orders cannot be processed in stores. You have 30 days to exchange your online order at a UNIQLO EU store (within the same country of purchase). This excludes our UNIQLO POP-UP Wars Sawa Junior store in Warsaw, Poland, which will not accept any returns or exchanges from our online store. After exchanging, you will no longer be able to receive a refund. To make an online return, please use this guide: How do I return my order?
