You must take your product/s to one of our UNIQLO EU stores within 30 days of receiving the products, with the Tax Invoice received by email (attached to the shipment confirmation email) as your receipt.
Please note that our stores can't offer a refund for an online order. You can only for an exchange against an item or items of the same price or above. PayPal, IDEAL, Apple Pay or Google Pay orders cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our UNIQLO stores. Should you wish to return a PayPal, IDEAL, Apple Pay or Google Pay order, please send this back to our warehouse using our new returns portal

The Tax Invoice must be presented and you will be asked for the reason for the exchange. You will also have to present the card used at the time of purchase to receive a refund.
You will not be charged a fee for exchanging a product at a store.
