Q. Can I return my online order in store?

Refunds for online orders cannot be processed in stores. You have 30 days to exchange your online order at a UNIQLO EU store (within the same country of purchase) if you paid using a Credit/Debit/Gift card, Apple/Google Pay or iDEAL. This excludes our UNIQLO POP-UP Wars Sawa Junior store in Warsaw, Poland, which will not accept any returns or exchanges from our online store. Orders placed using PayPal (including in combination with Gift Card) will have to be returned to our warehouse as they will not be accepted for exchange in stores. After exchanging, you will no longer be able to receive a refund. To make an online return, please use our Returns Portal.
