Q. What is your store returns policy?

For items purchased in a UNIQLO BE or NL store, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a full refund. Please note that you can only ask for a refund to the original store your purchase was made in. However, exchange can be processed in any other store as well.

If you are returning your online order in-store, our stores will only be able to offer you an exchange against an item or a selection of items of the same price or above. For further information click here.

All you will need is your receipt and the items you wish to return in order for our team in store to perform a refund. Please ensure tags are still intact, unsealed and in a resalable condition. All products bought in store cannot be returned by post.
