 Please note
We aim to refund you your return within 15 working days from the day you return your order to the day your funds are received back into your account. Please note that this is subject to carrier delays.


 

What can I return ?

●    Shipping fees and voucher codes are not refundable.
●    If you return any item that is found to not be in a resalable condition, we will return this time back to the shipping address used to place the order. 
●    The following item(s) cannot be returned: 
1) Innerwear/underwear/swimwear/masks due to hygiene reasons
2) Personalised item(s) (e.g. alterations). 
An exception can be made for items deemed faulty and cannot be fixed or replaced by the store as per Consumer Rights Act 2015. For further information, please click here.


 
Q&A

Q. What happens if I close my bank account before my refund is processed ?

A. We can only refund the account used to place your order, please do contact your bank as they should be able to transfer any existing funds from your old account to your new account.


Q.  I want to return a gift, can I post this back ?

A.  Only if the gift was ordered online. We would advise you to reach out to the person who gifted you the item.
