As a reminder, we cannot accept any returns for inner/underwear/swimwear or face-masks due to hygiene reasons.
What is your exchange policy?
We are unable to accept exchanges online, however you can exchange your goods at any UNIQLO store within the country of purchase. Any purchases made on or after 2nd November 2020 shall be eligible for exchange either until the 15th January 2021 or 30 days from the date of purchase, whichever is later. You can make the exchange for another product of your choice providing it is priced the same or higher than your original purchase. Please ensure that the goods are in resalable condition and that you bring your invoice as proof of purchase. All standard conditions apply.

Please check the date on your invoice first. If the date of purchase is before the 2nd November 2020 then you will have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it back online for a refund. Exchanges can only be made at a UNIQLO store. Please always ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition. All standard conditions apply.
If the date on your invoice is on or after 2nd November 2020, then you have until the 15th January 2020 to return your purchase for a refund back online. Exchanges can only be made at a UNIQLO store (for country within which we currently have a physical store). Please always ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition. What do I do if I feel my item(s) is faulty?
If you have made an online purchase and you are unhappy with your purchase due to a defect arising out of a manufacturing fault, please do get in contact with us through our Contact us form available at the bottom of this page (select topic: PRODUCT RECEIVED – my item is faulty). Please do provide as much information as possible concerning the Product and the order.
