Q. (BELGIUM - Reopening) How UNIQLO Belgium is responding to the reopening?

Following recent government's decisions, our UNIQLO Belgium stores will reopen from the 1st of December. To know if your store is open, please visit our store locator.

We hope you are well in this festive period and wish to inform you that UNIQLO Belgium is taking all dispositions to make sure you are shopping safely with us.

Can I place a Click & Collect order?

All of our Belgian stores are reopen since the 1st of December. Therefore we reactivated our Click & Collect option. Please note that our Click & Collection option is completely free. 
Our stores are happy to welcome you again and will follow strictly the government guidance and social distancing rules, so you can visit safely.

Will I be able to return my (online or in-store) purchase later due to the lockdown?

In order to facilitate your return and ensure a smooth experience, we have extended the return period. All purchases made on or after October 3rd, 2020 can be returned or exchanged until February 23rd, 2021 or within 30 days of receipt, whichever is more convenient for you.
