Q. (BELGIUM - Lockdown) I purcharse an item in store but now they are closed, will I be able to return it when they will reopen?

Following the government's decision to close all non-essential shops, but also to facilitate your return and ensure a smooth experience, we have extended the return period. All purchases made on or after October 3rd, 2020 can be returned or exchanged until January 15th, 2021, whichever is more convenient for you. The general conditions for returns still apply.
