Q. (BELGIUM - Lockdown) I placed a Click & Collect order, what will happen to it?

How do I know if my order is in transit or has been delivered? Check your inbox (email) because we must have sent you a communication regarding your order. This email will let you know if your order is already in STORE or not. You may also have received an email before that informing you that your order was ready to be picked up, which means that your parcel is in STORE and waiting for you.

If your order has already been delivered to your chosen store, please remember that our shops will keep it safe and secure. As soon as they reopen, you will be able to collect your order within a new 7 days window.

If your order was still on its way, our carrier will still deliver your package to the shop and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as it has been received by our in-store team. As soon as our shops reopen, you will be able to pick up your order within a new 7 days window.
