Q. (NETHERLANDS- Lockdown) How UNIQLO Netherlands is responding to the recent lockdown?

Following recent government's decisions, all our UNIQLO Netherlands stores are now closed. To know if your store (outside Netherlands) is open, please visit our store locator.

We hope you are well in this difficult time and wish to inform you that UNIQLO Netherlands is taking all dispositions to make sure you are shopping online safely with us.

Is ordering on safe?

Our warehouse is following strict health and safety protocols, wearing mask and gloves while handling anything that might be send to you. We also make sure that the social distancing rules are rigorously followed.

Can I choose a Click & Collect order?

Unfortunately, due to the current situation, we disabled the click and collect option for our Netherlands stores.

What will happen to the C&C order I already placed?

Will I be able to return my (online or in-store) purchase later due to the lockdown?

Following the government's decision to close all non-essential shops, but also to facilitate your return and ensure a smooth experience, we have extended the return period. All purchases made on or after November 2nd, 2020 can be returned or exchanged until February 23rd, 2021 or within 30 days of receipt, whichever is more convenient for you.
