Q. Are you returning your parcel from Poland?

If you are returning your parcel from Poland, please follow the below simple instructions:

1. Please access the returns portal using the order number and the e-mail address used for the order.
2. Select the items you wish to return, confirm return reason and generate your label. Please note: this is NOT a prepaid return shipping label as we do not offer free returns in this region. You must use and pay a shipping   company of your choice to return the item(s).            

Please return your item(s) to the following returns address:

            Arvato 3 c/o Uniqlo
            Przegródka pocztowa nr 65
            62-056 KOMORNIKI P204

3. Print your label and attach this to your parcel. Please ensure you have removed the original address label to avoid delays.
4. Package your parcel securely and return to your nearest Post Office. Please do ensure you receive a receipt as proof of postage, which you should retain until you receive your refund.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Normally, it can take up to 15 working days from the date you posted your item/s back to us for the refunded value to reflect on the card used at the time of placing your order.
