Q. Are you returning your parcel from Belgium?

If you are returning your parcel from Belgium, please follow the instructions below:

We offer one return via BPost Points per order. Upon receipt of your returned order via BPost, a refund will be processed for all returned item(s), minus the cost of the delivery label (2.95 €). UNIQLO will only accept returns which are made within the 30 days return period.


Please access the Returns Portal to register the item(s) you wish to return from your order. You will be able to select the reason for the returned item(s) which we will use as feedback to improve our products! Once you have registered your return, the returns portal will generate your return packing slip and return label.

Print your return packing slip and and BPost return label. Include the packing slip inside the parcel. Affix the BPost return label to the outside of your parcel.


Package your parcel securely and return to a BPost Service Point (find your nearest branch here.)
 

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Normally, to receive your refund, it can take up to 14 working days from the day we have received your return package at our warehouse.





How do I make an additional return from my order? (Also follow theses instructions if you would like to return with an alternative delivery carrier)

You will not be charged the 2.95 € returns fee but you will need cover the cost of your return postage and ensure to obtain traceable proof of return.

All you have to do is include a note with the following information so that our Warehouse Team can process your return. Please provide:

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Order Number(s)
3. The product SKU code(s)

e.g. John Smith, A001234243, 20001232424 (located beneath the barcode of the product's label). All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.


Please note that failure to follow the above guidance may lead to a significant delay in the processing of your refund.
