Q. Are you returning your parcel from Belgium?

New online return process for Belgium customers only. For all orders placed from the 25th of October.

We offer one return via BPost Points per order.

Please follow the below instructions. 

1. Access the returns portal  and select the items you wish to return, confirm your return reason and generate your label.

2. Print and attach the BPost return label to your parcel, making sure you've removed the original address label.

3. Package your parcel securely with the delivery note inside.

4. Return to a BPost Service Point (find your nearest branch here).

Please note: we will charge a 2.95 € return fee. Upon receipt of your returned order, a refund will be processed for all returned item(s), minus the cost of the delivery label (2.95 €).
Normally, it can take up to 15 working days from the date you posted your item(s) back to us for the refunded value to reflect on the card used at the time of placing your order.

Should you wish to return by any other means or wish to do a second return from the same order, this will be at your own cost.

To obtain an exchange, you can go in any UNIQLO Belgium store. Please note that exchange for orders placed with Paypal cannot be processed in store.
An exchange can only be offered in store for online order against another item or selection of items of the same price or above.
